Selected work

Three different contexts. Each project makes the scope of my work—and the team's work—clear.

Other work

Shahrzad

For a feature-launch event, I coordinated designers and editors on teasers and banners, then managed the event's content playback against the rundown.

FilmentAvaye Jadooyi talent competition · Filmnet platform

I produced social content, mini-games, audience challenges and interviews with the show's judges and guests.

The work

I helped restart content operations for an account that already had nearly 500,000 followers. I developed the content calendar around the audience and available resources, wrote scenarios and creative briefs, and worked on cinema news, reviews and special features.

I also coordinated with film distributors and VOD platforms on advertorial opportunities. The project is currently paused; this case study covers my work from May 2025 to January 2026.

For an editorial post about actor Hasti Mahdavifar, I handled the concept, writing, graphic design and publishing. View the post on Instagram ↗

For a Reel about The Salesman, I developed the concept and script, selected the scenes, and briefed the editor. Watch the Reel on Instagram ↗

Role
Social Media & Content Manager
Scope
Editorial planning, scenarios, creative briefs, social publishing and partner coordination.
Context
The existing audience was close to 500K before the relaunch. That figure is not presented as growth I generated.

Football Bartar

I coordinated content and broadcast promotion for the prediction platform during the 2026 World Cup. Since fall 2026, I have been Product Manager for Football Bartar at Sakou.

The work

I coordinated platform content and broadcast activation: page curation, video and banner updates, on-air lower thirds, presenter promotion and delivery of the material needed by the television team.

For studio use, I used AI-assisted coding to create a 16:9 HTML interface adapted from the mobile-first prediction experience so in-studio and remote guests could make their predictions on the program's LED display.

As Product Manager, I have built a complete prototype for the next version of Football Bartar, planned as a broader sports app. Development of that product is planned but has not started yet.

Role
Content operations for the 2026 World Cup campaign; Product Manager from fall 2026 and creator of the new product prototype.
Result
The campaign recorded 960K unique users in internal analytics. The app separately reached 260K Cafe Bazaar installs by tournament end.Campaign-level figures; neither is claimed as solely attributable to my work.

The campaign backend was developed by a collaborating developer; video editing was not my role on this campaign.

Telewebion

I managed social content and, from July 2022, was responsible for sports content across Telewebion's platform and social channels. Prediction campaigns were one part of that work.

The work

In my earlier social-media role, I planned and produced content, wrote scenarios and creative briefs, ran small campaigns and updated the channels' visual identity.

From July 2022, I set daily priorities for sports content on the platform and social channels, decided what appeared on sports pages, and proposed requirements for sports-section features. I assigned work to a graphic designer, video editor and platform operator, reviewed their output, and coordinated sports tasks with the website content team.

Selected work from this period includes the Octopus prediction campaigns: I oversaw content and data operations, daily banners and archives, and promotional assets for television programs. I also established the publishing and archiving workflow for 2022 World Cup match highlights, and managed editorial priorities and editing workflow for Telewebion's original Olympics program.

Scope
Social-media management, then sports-content leadership across the platform and social channels. I directly supervised a graphic designer, video editor and platform operator.
Selected results
The prediction campaigns recorded 324K unique users in 2022 and 680K in 2024; World Cup match highlights recorded 1M views by tournament end. Figures are from Telewebion's internal analytics and reflect team work.
Boundary
Overall prediction-campaign strategy and reward-mechanism design were not my responsibility.

Product experiments

Alongside media production, I use AI-assisted development tools to define interactions, test user flows and turn ideas into working interface prototypes.

AI-assisted development

Nagoya prediction experience

I set the strategy for the 2026 Asian Games prediction contest, defined its prediction rules and user flow, and built and refined the front-end with AI-assisted coding. A collaborating developer handled the backend.

About me

I started with video editing and social content production. Over time, my work expanded into publishing plans, scripts, creative briefs, team management and decisions about how content appears on digital platforms. I have worked across cinema media, television and sports products—from individual posts to campaign content and product-page curation.

At Telewebion, I first managed social content and later took responsibility for sports content across the platform and its social channels. I set daily priorities, worked with designers, editors, operators and television teams, and reviewed content before release. At Film Online, I planned the publishing calendar, wrote scripts and briefed the team on cinema content.

I am now Product Manager for Football Bartar and have built a complete prototype for its next version as a broader sports app. For the Nagoya and wrestling prediction projects, I set the contest strategy and user flows and built the interfaces with AI-assisted coding tools.
